1. By Browsing and purchasing at Indian Hobbies you agree to we are not liable for any inadvertent errors in listing, promotion and pricing of the products. Incase of any discrepancy in the listing we reserve the right to correct the same without notice and without liability or binding on Indian Hobbies.
2.We will NOT add any items to the package if they do not come so from the manufacturer OR
have have been inadvertently added on the page description.
3. Goods once sold will not be taken back and no refund is liable from us for any reason.
4. You are responsible for all taxes, octoroi and charges at your local level for receiving your goods. If any items for held for any reason, it is your responsibility to clear them.
Incase of Delayed/Lost shipment/Damaged Goods
5. Indian Hobbies has no control over the package once it leaves our godown or office. If any package is delayed we will follow up with the courier office after 5 working days of dispatch to give it adequate time to reach you.
6. Incase of festive times and other holidays there can be a delay in the packages.
Damaged Goods*
No business obviously can succeed by sending damaged goods to its clients. Indian Hobbies ensures packages are checked and properly packed before being dispatched. The order is always securely packaged to ensure it endures the trip to you in the best and safest manner possible.
7. Despite this if the package is damaged in transit we are NOT liable replace the package. Any replacement or fulfillment is based on our discretion & availability. If you do not agree to the terms , you are free to arrange for your own pickup and shipping.
8. Once a package has been accepted by you without remarks will be assumed that the package was delivered in GOOD CONDITION.
Warranty on Items
9. Mostly all items on Indian Hobbies are imported, from branded and reputed manufacturers. Warranty is provided by the manufacturers and not by us. We will help you get in touch with them and get the best out of purchase in case you ever do need to contact them.
Refund
10. In the unlikely event of an item not being available after a payment is made to us, a refund will be issued to you.
a. Paypal payments will be refunded via paypal
b. All bank payments will be refunded only to ICICI Bank within 5-7 working days. The bank charge paid by us will be deducted from your payment.
11. Shipping via Economy Mode
Economy Mode is most suited for larger bulk purchases as in the case of ARFs etc.
For Economy Shipping please note the following.
- You may be required to submit to us the Road Permit if required by our couriers for your state
- The shipping is by Road and hence extra packaging is required to be done for safe shipment. If there is any extra charges for that we will call to confirm with you.
- Goods by road are susceptible to damage due to rough handling. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for replacement under any circumstances. We will make all efforts to package the goods safely !
- The goods cannot be dispatched on a urgent basis by Road and can take upto 4 business days for dispatch. Do not please request for urgent shipping.
- Economy Shipping is not offered for all locations and we may require to confirm with our transporter if we have not shipped to your location before.
- Economy mode is transported by Road and the goods will take anywhere from 5~14 days to arrive.
Normally Goods are dispatched within 48 hrs of effective payment coming into our account. Incase of ARFs dispatch the shipping can take anywhere from 2~4 working days as the ARF models will be dispatched from Godown. Please do not request us for Urgent or quick shipping in case of ARFs.
13. For any returns of unused items, please communicate with us before returning. Once approved the item may be sent back at the senders cost. There will be a restocking fee of 25% on all returns in the form of store credit only. We will inspect the goods prior to accepting and issuing a credit on the purchase to ensure the item as well as the packing is as original.
