If you are located in an area where there is no or difficult coverage we request you to contact us first. There are basically normal packages that can be easily handled and sent out regularly. In case of ARF packages and kits as the volume is large we have to pack them properly and send out. These can take 2 business days after order is placed. The charges for ARF and larger packages are based on VOLUMETRIC weight rather than actual weight of the items. Hence you may see a kit that weighs less than a kg being charged 5 kgs by the courier. The shipping calculator combines the weight and charges you accordingly. Shipping Time Packages can take anywhere from 2-5 days after they have been sent out. After the items are dispatched we have no control over the shipping time or lost packages. Returns All items are checked before sending to customer. Returns are not accepted. Lost Items Incase of a rare occasion of a package being lost please give us adequate time to verify with our couriers of the whereabouts of the package. We do not provide insurance on items. Electronic and Used Items All items are provided with the assurance that they will be functional at the time of despatch. We only deal in items that have assured life, quality and have been tested throughly (We wouldn't be in business any other way).
